These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods by Gillman & Soame UK Ltd pursuant to a Customer Order.
Where it is agreed that Gillman & Soame UK Ltd shall supply goods, the goods to be supplied, the price payable and any other special terms agreed between the parties shall be set out in the Customer Order. All Customer Orders shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
No changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions or any Customer Order shall be effective unless agreed in writing between the parties.

The price and any taxes and expenses for the goods and/or services shall be as specified in the Customer Order.
As the Customer shall pay in full for all orders at point of sale, the Customer Order is also a Receipt.
The Customer shall not be responsible for any expenses, charges or price other than those set out in the Customer Order.
If the parties agree that Gillman & Soame UK Ltd is to provide goods or resources in addition to those specified in a Customer Order, then such agreement will be reflected in a further Customer Order.

Gillman & Soame UK Ltd warrants and guarantees that all goods and materials supplied under this Agreement shall be free from any defects, patent or latent, in material and workmanship, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Where there is a breach of the warranty contained in this Clause by Gillman & Soame UK Ltd, the Customer, without thereby waiving any rights or remedies otherwise provided by law and/or elsewhere in this Agreement, may require Gillman & Soame UK Ltd to repair or replace the defective goods at Gillman & Soame UK Ltd's risk and expense.
Items repaired or replaced shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions in the same manner as those originally delivered under this Agreement.
We will ask you to send us pictures of any issues with the items you receive and contact us within fourteen days of delivery, return is at your cost unless we have made a mistake.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to such location as the Customer shall advise.

Gillman & Soame UK Ltd warrants that it has good title to the goods and that it will transfer such title as it may have in the goods to the Customer. In the case of Photographs, full Copyright is retained by the Gillman & Soame UK Ltd., and no copies shall be made of such photographs by the customer.
All intellectual Property Rights are reserved by Gillman & Soame Uk Ltd in respect of all work created by them. These Rights are protected by Copyright.

The goods will be and shall remain at Gillman & Soame UK Ltd's risk until such time as they are delivered to the Customer (or at their direction), and are found to be in good condition by the Customer.

The Customer shall inspect the goods upon delivery.
Where goods are damaged the Customer shall notify Gillman & Soame UK Ltd. The Customer may reject the damaged goods and the following provisions shall apply:
- The Customer may dispose of the damaged goods themselves.
- The Customer shall be entitled to a replacement of the damaged item(s) under Gillman & Soame's "no-quibble" replacement policy.
Where there are shortages in the order the Customer shall notify Gillman & Soame UK Ltd and the following provisions shall apply:
- The Customer shall be entitled to delivery of the missing item(s) under Gillman & Soame's "no-quibble" replacement policy
